Application Fee
We require an Application Fee of $99.95. This will cover your first month's usage. During this time we require that you get at least 5 Linked References. We will give you a $49.95 credited Discount for each Linked Reference. So you are really paying $99.95 for 5 months. There is a limit of 12 Discounts you can get. So you can get up to 12 months for $99.95.
If you can't get valid Link References then you aren't a legitimate broker and shouldn't be using our service.
NOTE:Linked References are a method of authenticating that you are indeed a broker in good standing.

This is a Broker Only service. We rely on the community to police who is and who isn't a broker. We beleive that Broker Referencess are an important way to self regulate. You benefit by a higher quality Broker community and we benefit from the promotion. In our appreciation, we will give you 1 Month Discount for each Linked Reference - limited to 12 discounts.
